Barley, Ginkgo Nut & Beancurd Soup is a Cantonese dessert is good for cooling the body during warm climate and is also good for complexion. This stall cooks it pretty well as the beancurd sheet is smooth and silky. The soup has a very nice milky white colour as seen from the picture. It is very fragrant and smooth. They gave quite a number of gingko nuts but also not too much of barley else the ingredients would be more than the soup. Then that defeats the purpose of getting the dessert as one w
