You need some patient to taste their delicious chicken wings. If you are lucky, probably in just 10 minutes you can taste it else more than 20 minutes. The uncle really BBQ the chicken wings perfectly, every part is nicely BBQ. A lot of roasting techniques is require to have the chicken wings that perfectly BBQ. And the poor uncle has to withstand the strong smoke everyday for a long day. Thus, to pay $1.20 per chicken wing I don't really mind the extra $0.20 because that is a lot of hard work.L

Look at the colour of the skin, so evenly BBQ. I personally prefer to squeeze the lime on top of the chicken wings to enhance the flavour. The chicken wings is not that oily and I like it that way. The meat is not bloody inside too - good preparation process! This is one of the A score BBQ Chicken Wings stall!
