Had lunch at this newly opened restaurant with my colleagues one day. I chose to have the flat, broad noodle together with beef brisket and tendon. Each bowl had a little bit of salted veg and something that looked like chilli oil but didn't taste spicy at all. While the brisket was not bad, I felt that the noodles could be cooked longer as it was still a bit hard to me. The broth was also ok but nothing to shout about - I felt it would be much better if there was a stronger beefy taste to it.
