One of my favourite hawker food is definitely Beef Noodles! I very much prefer the dry version to the soup because of the sticky and starchy gooey sauce that goes along with the noodles Also, a bowl of soup usually comes along with the dry version so it's like having the best of both worlds! The slices of beef are so tender, the soup is so flavourful, the sauce and noodles are just perfect! I felt like having more even after finishing the whole bowl!
