I doubt that Fish & Co. "Best fish and chips in town" truly live up to their name, but its definitely decent. The portion's pretty huge too. It's freshly prepared on the spot, but the 15-minute wait's worth it! I enjoyed the contrast between the thin and lightly crisp and the flaky, moist interior, as well and the crunchy fries. But truthfully, the portion was so large that it got a tad sickening after a while. Perhaps it's cos I don't have a large an appetite for deep-fried food, but the breadth of that piece of fish probably measured 21 centimetres. I didn't take to the lemon butter sauce either, but thankfully the helpful waiter asked if I'd like any other condiments (ketchup!).
Guess this dish is best shared! So that you'll get to give the luscious-looking US cakes a try too (: I was unfortunately too stuffed to even finish all the chips.
