The skill of cooking a really delicious plate of Hokkien Mee is diminishing in Singapore as few younger generations would want to pick up this skill. Looks yummy but upon eating it, I was quite disappointed. The dish has too much gravy and yet the noodle is not soft enough. The noodle is quite difficult to chew. I find it troublesome to have to de-shell the prawns myself too. The taste of the chili is already mix up with some of the gravy which make it taste like curry.
