A new found hangout strongly recommended by a good friend.

We went on a Saturday evening. It was very quiet with only a few tables occupied, and we decided to go with their set meals from their fusion menu. I was a little concerned when i noticed it was a mix of Thai, Western and Italian fusion but i was pleasantly surprised later on.

We ordered Pad Thai with Chicken Green Curry. We enjoyed the Chicken Green Curry quite a bit, absolutely loved the sweet and spicy curry made with thick coconut and the thai basil added a tinge of excitement.

Pad Thai is worth trying too. The rice noodle was well fried with tamarind paste, dried tofu, bean sprouts and prawns. It would be nicer if it is a little more spicy. Another complaint gotta be the bean sprouts, it tasted a little too raw to my liking.

Another set that we ordered was Seafood Marinara Pasta with Tom Yum Soup. The Tom Yam Soup tasted pretty authentic. I particularly loved the distinct taste of lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves that gave it a nice sourish taste and the tinge of spiciness from the ground chillies.

The pasta might not looked appetising in the picture but it definitely tasted better than its look. The sweet tomato sauce is well mixed with the pasta with generous amount of prawn and squid. Both the prawn and sotong tasted fresh.

The set came with choice of vanilla, chocolate or strawberry ice cream as desserts and choice of different juices as drinks. One of the strongly recommended drink is the lemongrass juice. It tasted strangely nice but refreshing and definitely worth trying.

Another personal favourite is Mocha Glacier, a blended coffee with creamy coffee ice cream. A good add on after a satisfying meal.

Black Canyon Coffee definitely surpassed my expectations.
