i happened to be in the vicinity so decided to stop by Albert Centre Market. Saw a really long queue in front of this stall so I presumed the food is good and joined in. they sold black and white carrot cake, I decided to order the black carrot cake. Indeed it was worth queuing, the carrot cake was really good, the carrot cake itself was soft and chewy. Saw a really long queue in front of this stall so I presumed the food is good and joined in. they sold black and white carrot cake, I decided to order the black carrot cake. Indeed it was worth queuing, the carrot cake was really good, the carrot cake itself was soft and chewy. They added the correct amount of black sauce to the carrot cake, it tasted sweet but not too sweet and most importantly very fragrant. There were some chai poh to added some crunchiness to the dish. The chai poh was not too salty but went well with the dish. They were also very generous with the amount of egg added. it was indeed really good.
