the black carrot cake here is very good. the dark soy sauce is fragrant and intense in terms of flavour, and the dish has a nice slight smokey taste. The carrot cake itself is very soft and smooth, and pairs very well with the eggs that it is fried with. The whole dish comes together very nicely and all the elements complement one another.
