"Black" Cha Shu Ramen (Black Tonkotsu Ramen)I had this ramen with an extra side which only cost me $14.90++ in total. I had gyoza as my side ( had done the review on the gyoza here before). I gotta say i love the black tonkotsu ramen much more than the red one (the one that i had in the past)! the broth is so much thicker and richer and not so salty too. the char siew were good too. those that will melt in your mouth once you placed it in and they are tender too.
