Ying Yi Kway Chap Braised Duck (Closed)

This stall always offer the best juicy duck meat which is quite unlikely you be able to get from elsewhere. Normally i will buy a whole duck and pack back to share with my family during dinner gathering. The duck.meat is.tender and easily to.chewy. The duck skin is not too oily and fill with the fragrant from the dark soy sauce and chinese spices. Great to eat it with a bowl of plain rice as well.
