One of the most popular stalls in this hawker centre, the waiting time can be quite intense in the morning and during lunch hours. Nicely braised pork's trotter came in a big piece, a rather generous serving. But, not very soft, though it would be nicer if this was a little softer but still nice and firm. Nicely braised pork's trotter came in a big piece, a rather generous serving. But, not very soft, though it would be nicer if this was a little softer but still nice and firm. The skin layer was bouncy and soft. The sauce was not as thick as most stalls but still rather fragrant.

The pork ribs were chopped into smaller pieces and in a slightly darker color soup with a nice peppery taste. Pork ribs were soft and tender. It went really well with white rice.

Though not the best bak kut teh stall in Singapore but still rather nice.
