These breaded chicken from Long John Silver is quite different from the usual crispy chicken which they offer in their outlets. With the bread crumbs coated on it, this version is even more crispy, but however these bread crumbs also make it quite dry as well. The chicken meat is also quite dry but I do like the pepper and slight spicy flavour in it which added that extra kick to this simple finger foods.
