Located at Orchard Ngee Ann City, this Breeks is not that crowded given that it’s having a one for one promotion. We went in pairs and reserved a seat, but still have to wait quite a while for the food. Quite a good value for money meal. The plate is well decorated and the food is quite tasty. Can try.
