I ordered the seafood baked rice from Breeks at Ngee Ann City. It costs around $12 for the generous portion of baked rice filled with fresh seafood ingredients. I like the mussels and squids especially as they were fresh. The portion was huge, more than enough to fill my stomach. The restaurant makes a great place to catch up with friends and family over a meal.
