Gong cha is one of the more prominent bubble tea shops around and there is always a long queue no matter what time of the day. I guess with the number of customers, service is sure to drop even though there are a lot of staffs working. Ordered milk tea with pearls, 30% and milk tea with jelly 50%. The cup which is supposed to be 30% sweetness level taste more like 80% somehow, since it is much more sweeter than the one with 50% level. The cup which is supposed to be 30% sweetness level taste more like 80% somehow, since it is much more sweeter than the one with 50% level. We went back to change and told them that they had give us the wrong order. They changed for us but still give us the irritated look.
On the other hand, the quality of milk tea is indeed one of the better ones. So even with the bad service, i guess i will still go back for it. Just not the vivo outlet.
