Cross-section of the jellyI enjoy Bubur Hitam dessert. My favourite part has got to be the coconut milk which gives the dessert an intense fragrance. I feel that the black glutinous rice portion doesn't have too much taste when it's on its own. So I guess my wish has been granted in this jelly form - the proportion of coconut milk to the black glutinous rice is awesome! I enjoy the fragrance of it, and like it that it is not too sweet.
