I attended a post CNY Louhei lunch hosted by one of our vendors. We had the Yusheng dish first for louhei, after which seafood courses was served. It was badly 'mutilated' when the server placed this infront of me. Meat was dry and chewy...thumbs down.
This tasted average, I didn't eat another serving.
The dish looks impressive but the noodle was sticky and bland and the sauce is not nice...another failed dish.
