I ordered the Bolognaise & poached egg doria – Traditional Baked rice in casserole recommended by my friend. It is a butter and herb infused rice with lots of cheese! I like how it end up like glutinous rice, with all the cheese mixed up with the grain. very unique and flavourful. Worth a try.
