There are so many exciting celebrity chef restaurants at Marina Bay Sands, but they're all so expensive... thankfully, there's Osteria Mozza / Pizzeria Mozza. Pizza: There are so many tempting choices, but we settled on one with goat cheese, bacon, garlic, and scallions. It was salty and sinfully fatty (how pizza should be!), and the crust was really crisp and chewy. It was hard to eat it with a knife and fork it's so chewy. I loved it, but my boyfriend wasn't a fan - he prefers a softer, doughy crust.
Salad: We order the basic insalata mista. The greens were fresh and crisp, but I found the dressing to be really sour. I wasn't a fan.
Pizzeria Mozza is deservingly popular, and you'll probably want a reservation. Dining here was an impulse on a Sunday afternoon exploring MBS, and we were able to make a reservation later that night by just stopping by and talking to the staff. It wasn't the best seat in the house by any means (we started off at the counter, then moved to a high table near the entrance), but was good enough for a quick pizza dinner
