The Char Kway Teow had a nice "Wok" aroma and "Wok" taste. The Kway Teow was nicely fried with slightly spingy feel and not too oily. There was also chinese chives, chinese sausage and cockles which added to the sweetness and savouriness of the Char Kway Teow.
