I was at Westgate with my family when we had lunch at Food Republic. My mum ordered the Char Kway Teow ($5.50) from this stall and I think it's super nice (not attributed to hunger). The noodles is like cooked at the right temperature and it just tastes like the best Char Kway Teow which i have had in a long while. It's not too oily either and had this slight salty flavour, perhaps from all the fresh ingredients and seasonings added to this dish. Fantastic. Will definitely come back for more.
