Suddenly have a craving to eat Ramen so went to the nearest Ajisen Ramen to satisfy my craving. Ordered their hot favourite and most common Char Siew Ramen.

Love their chewy and springy ramen coupled with their tonkotsu soup. Pork bones are the main ingredients added to enhance the flavor producing the white, milky broth. Japanese Char Siew Ramen is much different from our Chinese Char Siew Noodle or most commonly known as Wan Tan Mee. The Char Siew in the Ramen comes in big slices and is not bbq. There is a mix of some fatty meat in every slice.

Though it's a sinful meal with all the fatty meat and fattening soup, this Char Siew Ramen did quench my craving.
