Craving for some salmon? Well, Tiong Bahru bakery was offering this very unique charcoal bun with rocket salad and smoked salmon! the charcoal bun didn't taste anything like charcoal except it was black and more fragrant, a little harder than your usual muffin. i thought it was very nice of them to use rocket vegetable rather than the usual lettuce, and the smoked salmon was extremely delicious! They had a sufficient number of pieces to go around, you just have to try this ! the restaurant was always crowded. sigh!
