The chawanmushi here (which is also known as the Japanese steamed egg custard) has that extra x-factor as they are really smooth and you can find quite a big piece of fresh crunchy prawn topped on it, which not only add in the colour to this dish and also added that extra sweetness to this egg custard. The price is reasonable and I will usually order it during every visit to this restaurant and goes well with almost all the main courses.
