After I had my Lunch at Tanglin Halt Food Centre, I went to find search for some dessert to eat. I saw that there was a steady queue at this Shun Xin Cheng Teng Dessert stall.Since, most of the customers in the queue had ordered the Cheng Teng, I also followed the same ordering cold Cheng Teng. Since, most of the customers in the queue had ordered the Cheng Teng, I also followed the same ordering cold Cheng Teng. The price of Cheng Teng was surprising cheap at $1 per bowl.

The cold Cheng Teng tasted flavourful, refreshing and thirst quenching. Other than the normal white fungus, sago, barley and dried logans, there was also dry persimmon in this Cheng Teng soup, a traditional ingredient seldom found nowadays.
