Canele is a type of French pastry, characterised by its soft and tender custard filling and the dark, thick, caramelised crust. These mini caneles are rather small in size, you can even put the whole canele in your mouth! But beware, the crust was really sticky and chewy, you may have some caramelised sugar left on your teeth for quite a while! These are the mini cheesecakes, taste pretty good too!
