My friend highly recommended we order the Chicken Katsu Tamago Toji. After tasting it, I was sold. This dish is basically deep fried chicken cutlet on hot plate but the special thing is that the dish has a beaten egg accompanying it and we are supposed to add the egg to the hot plate, let it cook a little and then treat the egg like a sauce and dip the chicken!
