Luxuriating in a cup of coffee/ tea that costs as much as $6 per cup is something that is quite out of my league. However, after a long day on Fri, I decided against a heavy dinner and simply repose at this quiet Starbucks joint in Orchard Point.Tucked away in a charming quiescent hideaway, the seating area is on an elevated platform accessible with a flight of stairs. Tucked away in a charming quiescent hideaway, the seating area is on an elevated platform accessible with a flight of stairs. I liked that it is hidden from the prying eyes of passerby and away from all that clatter of the barista. Perhaps it was a weekday evening, there were only a few tables occupied. There are limited sofa seats but once we got our hands on these, we ensconced ourselves in its comfort and basked in each other’s company in dalliance. As I bought the tumbler, I am entitled to the free small drink, bought the mocha ice blended.
