I went to Morganfield’s at Star Vista for a Christmas outing with three other friends. The waitress suggested we order their Christmas Platter. Morganfield’s ribs are to die for so of course we chose the ribs. They have half slab of all their flavours. We kicked start the platter with Christmas Caesar Salad with Prosciutto. The salad was pretty light and the vegetables were very crisp. The parma ham was good, practically melts in your mouth. The ribs were really good, the hickory bbq flavour is my pick for best flavour. Of course a nice meal must end with dessert, we had a dessert platter in this set meal. the dessert platter had three cakes and two scoops of ice cream. the cakes comprise of chocolate brownie, bread pudding and banana cake. All were served warm. The ice cream had vanilla and chocolate flavour. When you eat the warm cakes with the cold ice cream, it is indeed bliss.
