I bought this piece of cake yesterday and keep it in the fridge overnight for my next day breakfast. This morning, I put it in the oven and grill it for approx. 1 to one and half minutes on both sides (top & bottom). Unbelievable, it turns out to be so savvy crispy. It is taste fantastic. I used to eat the cold one in the cafe. Now I prefer hot one than the cold one. I plan to Da bao (take away) more back home and enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee. I used to eat the cold one in the cafe. Now I prefer hot one than the cold one. I plan to Da bao (take away) more back home and enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee. This cake is a bit sweet to me; if they can reduce some sweetness will be more favorable.
