The average waiting time is about 15 minutes because the chef starts to cook after you place your orders. There are boneless and skinless chicken meats, taiwan sausages, crunchy dried shrimps and cabbages in the piping hot claypot. The chicken meat is very tender and the rice is cooked just right. Each mouthful of rice together with the crunchy dried shrimps is simply delicious!
