"Cold" but Good!

We were here for bff's birthday dinner. This very old-school restaurant was set-up in 1986 & most of the staffs here are senior citizen. We tried joking with the staff, but didn't get any reply, so don't expect for any outstanding service here!Escargot - nicely baked with garlic.
