My ultimate Jap Comfort Food! Clear Soup Udon with Sweet Beancurd. The soup was well seasoned with Katsuobushi and the udon was at the right texture (neither was it too chewy nor soft). The sweetness from the sauce totally covered the sourness from the sushi ricce and the strong oily eel taste just make it too jelat (overwhelming) to finish by one person.
