Well, you don't exactly get to make your own noodles, but it's quite an interesting concept. First you pick the type of main dish you want to have: seafood, chicken, prawn and others. Then you choose the noodles: kway teow, pad thai, glass noodles, egg noddle and finally you pick the sauce to go with your "creation". I ordered a Seafood Kway Teow with Garlic Pepper ($12.50) since I don't take chili too well and they did not have many non-spicy sauces. The kway teow was still rather chewy which is good and they also included a generous amount of ingredients. While the portion doesn't look that big, it was just right for my lunch.
