I reckon Thye Hong serves one of the best fried oyster omelette in Singapore. The big fresh oysters were fried in an egg omelette, without adding too much of the sticky starchy paste in it, making the dish more crispy and appetizing! The chili sauce that served together with the dish is mixed with lime juice, and hugely enhanced the flavour of the fried oyster omelette! Great dish.
