I had a great dim sum experience here for a relative's bday celebration. It was a buffet, hence we ordered as much as we could and really 'pig' it out with the widespread of dimsums!! The egg tarts came in 'mini' size - (a lil smaller than the palm) and it tasted crispy on the outside and fluffy within. Love it! I also ate some custard buns, they tasted great too. Roasted Pork is a must-have for chinese celebrations (esp birthdays). When i had my first bite, i was 'WOW' by the combined texture

Roasted Pork is a must-have for chinese celebrations (esp birthdays). When i had my first bite, i was 'WOW' by the combined texture of the skin(crispy), meat(tender) & fats(juicy).
It was a bday celebration for 60th. Hence we also had a big plate of longevity buns (寿桃) on our dining table. It came with many small buns and a giant one!! I love eating these buns because the lotus paste fillings are sweet.
I believe this restaurant will serve as a good choice for reunion dinner for CNY 2011!
