Meeting my 2 pretty cousin ‘Dim Sum Dollies’ (Will get chop after I post this cos making fun of their figure) They told me eating dim sum is okay as most of the stuff is steamed (haha). We went to Crystal Jade at Great World City. Ordered fried noodle, steam prawn dumpling, Siew Mai, Braised Chicken Feet, Dumpling soup, Beancurd skin ball, Shui Gao. Oh my, where do I begin, overall their dim sum is all fresh, well cooked, piping hot and delicious.Even the beehoon was smooth and QQ and tasted of
Oh my, where do I begin, overall their dim sum is all fresh, well cooked, piping hot and delicious.Even the beehoon was smooth and QQ and tasted of high quality fit for a chinese wedding banquet. My favourite would be the braised chicken feet because it’s soft and ‘collagenish’ the skin slip off easily from the bone.
Crysal Jade and Dim sum is one of my many favourite things in the world and I definitely will return or check out the rest of their other branches.
