Tried 3 cupcakes from 12 cupcakes at Ion. Was quite happy to see them there because people have been raving about these sweet treats and now they are finally in a more convenient location to get! On the left is the Espresso cupcake. It's fragrant and smells strongly of coffee but frankly, the cream taste like those cheap coffee cakes from Hans. The one on the right is the Rainbow Vanilla. On the left is the Espresso cupcake. It's fragrant and smells strongly of coffee but frankly, the cream taste like those cheap coffee cakes from Hans. The one on the right is the Rainbow Vanilla. It's cream cheese with vanilla so I like the taste of that cheese on the dense cupcake but it is a tad on the sweet 'gelat' side. The cupcake behind is the Peanut butter chocolate cupcake. This one is delicious as the peanut butter adds a nice moistness to the cake and taste lovely.
