The intestines are so soft and juicy. To those of you who think eating intestines are disgusting, try one and then re-comment!! It is sweet and yet salty! The sauce itself from the noodles adds to the flavour of the intestines. The egg has also been braised so it has a nice taste to it.

I strongly recommend you to give this stall a try if you are visiting the area. The uncle is very friendly, do strike a conversation with him!
