This is another famous stall in ABC. My hubby queued for this while I ordered the laksa. Each claypot is only cooked upon order which explains the long waiting time for the claypot. However, it is worth us waiting. The claypot is served pipping hot and as we mixed the rice with the dark soya sauce and all the ingredients, I could smell the very nice aroma which made me want to tuck in immediately. However, it is worth us waiting. The claypot is served pipping hot and as we mixed the rice with the dark soya sauce and all the ingredients, I could smell the very nice aroma which made me want to tuck in immediately. The ingredients include chicken, chinese sausages, salted fish and some green vegetables. The chicken is ver tender and it is very well seasoned. The rice having mixed up with all the juices from the ingredients as well as the dark sauce is also very flavourful. We finished every bit of it, even the crispy parts sticking to the claypot!
