I decided to head to Paul’s Bakery for dinner. I opened the menu and was spoilt for choice at the wide array of main courses. I finally settled for something light, their shrimp and mango salad. It was pretty pricey for a salad as it cost a steep price of $19.90. but the flavours of the salad were well balanced. It was more sour though, so not to fattening. It was pretty pricey for a salad as it cost a steep price of $19.90. but the flavours of the salad were well balanced. It was more sour though, so not to fattening. The shrimps were deshelled and really fresh. the meat were succulent and juicy. the mango was awesome, some pieces were sour, some were sweet. they were cut pretty chunky but it made the salad really flavourful. I like the dressing, a little on the sour side but it coated almost all the vegetables well.
