Was at Hougang Festive Market so deliberately went tothe Best Price 99 Confectionary to buy some kueh. I had the Tapioca cake and another type of kueh. Since young, I love to eat tapioca cake. It was dry and that was the normal texture, but you can the tapioca taste and there were even got tapioca bits in it. Very nice. As for the other kueh, it was very smooth and sprongy. A bit sweet and very interesting cos you can eat it layer by layer.
