I always liked ordering the beehoon from this stall as the noodles are always fried just right and I love the seasonings they add to enhance the taste of the beehoon. This time around, I got the mix of beehoon and yellow noodle. As the ngoh hiang is just fried and replenished onto the plates, I decided to add a ngoh hiang to my noodles. This time around, I got the mix of beehoon and yellow noodle. As the ngoh hiang is just fried and replenished onto the plates, I decided to add a ngoh hiang to my noodles. The noodles is as good as always, flavourful but not that salty. The ngoh hiang is good as well - very crispy and luckily the filling is quite substantial - not too much flour. Some stalls try to save by adding more flour than meat but not this stall.
