There were few categories of Crystal Jade resided in Singapore. I went to some outlets, the food served was totally different. Had a quick dinner with a friend, we were eating at here. Menu was attractive, probably to attract younger generation. Both of us ordered it, I guessed it was quite famous. Simply decent Fried Rice with Shrimps, Chicken, Ham, Egg and Veggies in traditional style, the taste was great yet lacked of burnt fragrance. The portion was actually not too big, priced at $10.80++.

 Total of four pieces, we shared. Dipping it with light soy sauce and ginger, I put it directly into my mouth. The soup burst out, what a wonderful taste. It was not difficult to understand why it was so proud of its Dumplings, fantastic for me. Price at $5.20++, it sounded a bit expensive, but must-try.
