Hot Tomato has been around in Singapore since 2007, opened by an experienced chef who loves to travel and was inspired by the world's food. The ice-cream was actually by King's or Wall's, and i love the art of drizzling the chocolate syrup across the plate and the lava cake.Inside the cake, the chocolate actually melts and it is warm on the inside, with cold ice-cream at the top. it is a perfect combination and is extremely delicious. the best thing is, it costs even lesser than other famous chocolate brands such as awfully chocolate! The lava cake was only $4.50. THE SERVICE was superb! the waiters and waitresses were all friendly and nice
