Da Mai aka Bubur Terigu or wheat porridge is one of the hot desserts found from most of the desserts stall in Singapore. These barley grains were big and was cooked together in starch and sugar. Sweetness of the dessert was just alright, not too sweet and not too blend. All were good except that it was not served warm enough.
