Now everytime I think of dim sum, only one place pop up in my head. When one of my girlfriends suggested we have dim sum for our monthly gathering, I immediately suggested we head to the branch at the village near jurong bird park. This one is not really crowded so you need not have to wait really long for your food to be served. I especially like their char siew bao. It is so light and fluffy on the outside. When you tear open the bao, the sweet smelling char siew floats into your nose. The char siew is not too sweet, they only have lean meat in it. Not fattening!
