I just love dim sum! So it would not be surprising that I decided to patronize the famed swee choon dim sum. The dim sums were amazing. I loved their xiao long baos. I found the thickness of the skin to be just right unlike many xiao long baos i have had which are too thick. It is just amazing that the pork and soup just complements each other so well!
