Yea, finally a chance to eat the xiao long bao at Din Tai Fung. even though this was not the first time i am eating at here. But the feeling to be back is always as new as the first time i patronized. But i shall not be greedy this time, as i ordered and shared it with my sister.
If you read up the menu, at the last page of the menu, it stated that, each and every xiao long bao has eighteen layers. after a count on few of the ten, it is true that each and every xiao long bao did has eighteen layers to seal up. And if you manage to find one without, i think they will give you one free basket something like that.
hehe....so try to count bah
